What would be a good way to transition into short term housing such as an extended stay before moving into something more permanent? Do I have to have moved into my permanent staying arrangements off the bat for my incentive to be valid or can I move into something temporary if it is in one of the counties that qualify for your program, then move into permanent housing that also qualifies?
