A small black dog sits on grass by water, ears perked, in a peaceful, serene setting that invites reflection.

My wife & I moved from Burlington North Carolina to Muncie in June of 2023. We are currently living at Mill Pond Apartments. The staff at Mill Pond are amazing! Cindy, the property manager, is great and responds to calls/emails very fast. The maintenance guys are top notch and very kind. Our apartment was very clean and in great condition when we moved in. Additionally, Mill Pond is dog friendly and has 2 mini-dog park/play areas. They even have multiple doggy stations around each apartment building that are always supplied with dog poop bags & a trash can to dispose of poop. Our neighborhood is also friendly and quite. No late night Ball State student parties taking place here from what we can tell. The location is also very convenient as it is just 2-3 minutes away from a few groceries stores, a gas station, a coffee & fresh donut shop, and several fast food restaurants.

We would not recommend Latitude Apartments in Muncie as those apartments are very poorly run by the property manager, the staff are rude and slow to respond to calls/emails, our apartment wasn't ready for us on our move-in day and was filthy, and the area isn't safe (we had stuff stolen from us the first day that we moved in). If you are curious, this apartment is on the very opposite side of town from Mill Pond Apartments.

We has an absolutely terrible experience with Trinity Relocation Group as well (the company we hired to help us manage moving our stuff to Muncie). They are essentially a 3rd party company that hires someone else to move your stuff (aka a moving broker). If you want to get an idea of what they are like, just read Better Business Bureau reviews (don't trust the reviews you read about them on any "sponsored" web page).
