What a fantastic Sunday it was (Sept 17th)!

The Quality of Life Committee, a sub-committee of the Perry County Development Corporation (PCDC), took center stage as they hosted the Chalk Art Festival 2023 at City Hall Park.

We want to give a massive shout-out to Nicole Doogs for stepping up as the event chairperson, who did a great job organizing it and we are so grateful to all the volunteers for their time and talents to make this event such a success! It was a beautiful day and we had a great turnout.

Our community is a true gem, filled with warmth, generosity, and fun. We are truly blessed to call this place home!
