First of many Life-Sized Kaleidoscopes coming to Pocahontas County Communities

On June 27th, the first of many life-sized kaleidoscopes was unveiled at Streit Park in Rolfe. Inspired by the Kaleidoscope Factory, a local business founded by the late Leonard Olson, this project brings unique landmarks to each town in our county. These colorful scopes, reflecting past and present Pocahontas County school colors, will soon be placed in Laurens, Pocahontas, Fonda, Cooper's Cove, and Little Clear Lake. Eventually, all towns in the county and some county parks will have their very own scope!!!
