Incentive levels for different positions are based on the NAICs code of the employer, the demand of the position in the community, and how long the position has been empty.

Recruitment Incentives are available for nurses, therapists, other health care, manufacturing, truckers, education, and other professional jobs. Incentives range from $1,200 to $3,000 per position.
