""My move to Richmond, IN has been great! There are so many places to discover that are rich in history, lots of trails and the town is friendly. In the first couple of days, I was welcomed to Richmond by neighbors, shoppers and people we met at the dog park. The Morrison-Reeves Library has a wonderful art program with once a month get-togethers to make art with the community and the farmers market every Saturday is filled with tasty treats from local vendors. My new adventure has been nothing but amazing and can't wait for others to come be part of it with our welcoming community.

Working with the staff of MakeMyMove from day one was very helpful, I received support from finding housing, moving my household goods, and I was introduced to folks in the community that I could ask questions about the area. Upon arriving to Richmond, I meet with Kendall and Valerie and they gave me suggestions on where places were in town. I am enjoying my fitness classes as part of the program and can’t wait to do my first 5k this weekend. “
