Elkhart makes the list of the top 20 emerging house markets in the U.S.!

According to the Winter 2024 Wall Street Journal/Realtor.com Emerging Housing Markets Index, Elkhart + Goshen ranks 12th on their list.

The index highlights housing markets that offer shoppers a lower cost of living, including for homes, and thriving local economies that are attractive, but not too crowded.
