It's been almost four months since moving from Orlando, Florida to South Bend, Indiana. Since moving, we witnessed a beautiful fall season and our first snowfall. Our kids enjoyed playing in the sand at a Lake Michigan beach, trick-or-treating in one of the historic districts, and picking apples at a local apple orchard in November. Now that winter is around the corner, we are excited to go ice skating. On the weekends we like to explore the public library, visit downtown, and walk along the St. Joseph river. When we first considered moving to Northwest Indiana, we had lots of questions and worries, but after visiting and doing our research, we decided to take the chance on a new place, and we are happy we did.
