2 words: customer service!!

I love my new house and being able to get anywhere in town in 20 minutes or less; it was great having actual trick-or-treaters stop by; I've already met about half of my neighbors; but two words sum up what might be the best unexpected feature of moving to a small city: customer service. People were friendly enough in San Francisco, but in a big city, there just isn't the time or space for listening to customers and fully explaining all of the options available to them. Here, in Terre Haute (IN), I have had the best customer experiences at the wonderful grocery stores here, my new medical office, and even at big box retailers. I even got to meet the most recent winner of America's Got Talent at a recent college basketball game! I feel like I'm "living large" even though the town is anything but large.
