There is a really neat art installation in front of the 

 One side is decorated for Arkansas and one side is decorated for Texas. It's lots of fun to get close and see all of the unique details on this art piece. It's also worth a stop to head into the Regional History Museum to learn about Texarkana's history, regional history, and check out their gift shop.
