Texarkana Regional Arts and Humanities Council

Texarkana is lucky to have an incredible nonprofit that is focused on the arts. The Texarkana Regional Arts and Humanities Council helps support access to the arts for everyone. There is a free gallery downtown in the Regional Arts Center, they also help decorate the art walk in the artspark space next door, help bring children's educational shows to the Perot, and offer arts classes throughout the year.
