Universal Vibe Festival

Universal Vibe is a fantastic annual festival that takes place in November. It's a community driven arts and music festival with tons of vendors, food, and more. There are always great events for kids including a sunset bubble fest! There are concerts all day long and some at night too. The festival takes over the Front Street Plaza in downtown Texarkana, Arkansas for three days in November. Read more about it here.
