This is one of the most beloved holiday events in Texarkana! The Texarkana Regional Arts and Humanities Council puts on a 

 at the Regional Arts Center. The building is full of tables with artists, makers, and vendors of all types. All four floors (including the basement) are set up with tables filled with beautiful items! It's a great place to shop for handmade holiday gifts, art, ceramics, ornaments and more. There is also live music and it's a great way to kick off the winter holiday season.
