Alley Cats Coffee Bar

This adorable coffee shop is on the Arkansas side in downtown Texarkana. It's right next to The Loading Dock outdoor stage and the 1894 Art Gallery. The best part? It's in a vintage railroad dining car that's permanently parked! They have a great menu of coffee and speciality drinks along with a small menu of baked goods.
