There is a wonderful free art gallery in Texarkana, Texas. The Texarkana Retional Arts and Humanities Council has exhibits in the Regional Arta Center in downtown Texarkana. Currently on view: a solo exhibition of vibrant and fun art by Will Bryant. The gift shop also has some custom hats made by Will just for this exhibit!
