Texarkana Regional Arts and Humanities Council - Regional Arts Center

Downtown Texarkana is really lucky to have this incredible arts organization and building. The Texarkana Regional Arts and Humanities Council (TRAHC) is an arts council for everyone. They provide art education for students and adults alike, and curate exhibits at the Regional Arts Center. It's free to walk through and enjoy the galleries! The building itself is absolutely beautiful and is also available for rental for special events. One of the best events of the year is their Holiday Arts Market, where every floor (including the basement) is filled with artists and vendors. It will happen on December 6 and 7 in 2024.
