FAQ
How do I qualify for community programs?
Every program is a little different, so be sure to check each offer's eligibility criteria. Most programs require that you be a full time remote worker, or able to bring your full-time job and income with you when you move. Generally, you must be 18 years or older, able to lawfully work in the United States, commit to moving for a minimum amount of time, and have a minimum annual income as defined by each program. Further, one person per household is eligible for most programs and is required to apply, verify personal information, and receive a formal offer in order to qualify.
How much does it cost?
We’re 100% supported by communities. If you are a worker that is thinking about making a move, our service is free.
Are program amenities taxable?
Very likely, yes. Most cash and equivalent amenities would be considered income, subject to IRS rules. Be sure to talk to a tax professional for personal advice on how to handle it.
