 During our time in White County, Rick and Debbie gave us a tour of some of their favorite spots: Rotary Centennial Park, where Rick leads locals on owl hikes, or the deck behind their home where they can watch bird migrations over the lake.

While you’re there you should chat with Chris Peters. He moved back to White County after living on the east coast so that he could invest in and help grow his community. He’s doing great things with the Madam Carroll: it’s now open year-round and he hosts a ton of events (you might find the Easter bunny skiing behind the boat in the spring).
