South Bend-Elkhart Region is currently recruiting healthcare workers who:
Are 18 years or older
Currently live outside the South Bend-Elkhart Region
Commit to moving to the South Bend-Elkhart Region for at least one year
Will secure full-time employment in the healthcare industry earning at least $50,000 annually in the South Bend-Elkhart Region for the entirety of the program term
Will provide employment and residency documentation to determine eligibility
Remote workers, gig workers and self-employed workers are not eligible
